Recently, our team visited Vinnytsia, where we met with partners to discuss new development projects in the region. We also took the opportunity to visit our first completed project – the Park Tower residential complex, which was put into operation in 2017. We wanted to see how the residents of our first residential project are living today and assess whether it meets the expectations we had during the planning stage.

Most importantly, our economic forecasts were met, and the project achieved the expected profitability. Today, seven years after its commissioning, our complex looks just as modern and stylish as it did on the first day. This confirmed our initial decisions at all stages of construction.
Over this time, property prices in the complex have significantly increased, confirming its investment appeal. The residents enjoy comfort, and investors had the opportunity to profitably invest their funds.
